Nancy Hovde!

Through her Holistic Lifestyle Empowerment Coaching she will help you feel your best and provide the right Mindset Approach to ensure you are living your true core values in life every day or as often as possible. She looks at each client as an individual. Nancy can assist you in creating your own Lifestyle Empowerment Plan that will guide you to trust your powerful inner spirit to choose the lifestyle choices that will align you with living a life that you really want and love. As your personal coach she will work with you to realize what you want personally and professionally and support you along the way.

Nancy completed her B.A. in communication at Arizona State University with an emphasis in Interpersonal Communication. She has a Therapeutic Lifestyle Educator Certificate and has completed Level One in Reiki Energy work. She is also a Certified Professional Coach. In addition, her professional background consists of nutritional consulting and sales and business resource networking.

Her personal and professional experiences have led Nancy to want to inspire and help others. Her ambition to reach her Uber Self level in life and still enjoy a balanced lifestyle has led her to research, learn and experiment the best plan that would help her achieve this. She has chosen a path that allows her to live with mind/heart connection and empowerment. Through one on one coaching sessions with clients, she feels so blessed to know she has a part in improving their lives and helping them to feel empowered to become their optimal, Uber self. She truly loves to help and inspire others to become their full potential!

Some interests and activities that Nancy enjoys are exercising, running on the beach or the hills in Palos Verdes. She has won five medals in various 10k races. She enjoys good wine, sunsets, quality time with friends and family, sharing good conversations, reading and writing. She especially enjoys e-mails from those who have enjoyed her articles or her quotes and interactions on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
