Ghosts
How
are the past “ghosts” of previous relationships affecting your current
relationship with a love interest? You probably have been taught some very
valuable lessons regarding love, but have you moved on and learned from them or
are you still falling into a trap of unhealthy patterns?
All
of us carry emotional trigger points that may set us back momentarily, but if
we learn from the past mistakes, we can ascertain certain things we do and do
not want with our partner. What we do not want are unhealthy patterns of
behavior and emotions just for the sake of not being alone.
What
we do want is to move on from those “ghosts”, open our eyes to what is true and
healthy and begin to grow in a beautiful relationship of trust and love.
Be
open and honest with your partner and be open and honest with yourself of what
you want in a relationship. By defining what you seek, you will not settle for
anything less. Know your own self worth and realize the beautiful person you
are. Release your past fears, emotional baggage and those old “ghosts” and
begin to share the spirit of you in a healthy, loving relationship.
