I Have Been Dating My Boyfriend For Six Months Now and He Wants To Move In Together. I Am A Little Apprehensive. If I Move In, Maybe He Won’t Marry Me. What Should I Do?

Men have a problem with monogamy today because women have made it easy for them not to. Remember the old saying, “Why buy the cow if you can get the milk for free.” I do agree with the idea of having an engagement ring before moving in together. Keeping your own place and independence is a motivator for a man to “seal the deal” and make it official. If it is a bit inconvenient for him when he wants to see you or spend the night with you, it will move him towards making a commitment much quicker.  I have heard of countless tales of women living with a man who keeps putting off the wedding day until finally the woman gets fed up, kicks the guy out and then watches him get married to someone else months later.
