Peak Performance
The
2010 Winter Olympics are underway and the athletes have traveled from all over
the world to have the opportunity to go for the gold. These top-notch athletes
have trained most of their life to get to this venue. They are at their own
personal best and all of them want to win whatever sport they are participating
in. They want the world to know that yes, they are the best of all others in
their event.
These
athletes have molded and trained their bodies to perform like a well-oiled machine
with maximum velocity. They are giving
it their all. However, the training doesn’t stop at the physical. How is it
that they are able to push themselves way beyond their physical limits with
eyes set on the finish line? They may be extremely physically fit with well
honed muscles and have the best equipment that money can buy, but do you think
they would ever have the opportunity to participate in the Olympics, let alone
win, without a crucial component – their mind power?
Their
training begins on the inside. These athletes have trained their minds to focus
on the positive. Their minds are free from all negative thoughts. They use
their focused mind power in unison with their body’s power. Their self image is
that of a winner. All fears start from the mind. These athletes are fearless.
Their focus is on the moment and they find the positive in every situation.
They are using their mind to achieve peak performance.
The
athlete has focused their energy and their vibrational thoughts on enjoying
life with passion and fun. They have a conscious awareness and are in alignment
with their inner being. They know they are the best in what they do. They know they
are winners. They are champions. They will succeed and they will get the gold.
All of them will not get the “Olympic” gold, but they will be successful in all
things they do because they believe they CAN. They believe in themselves.
We
all can learn from these powerful athletes and apply our vibrational thoughts
to the positive. We may not all want to be top-notch athletes, but we can achieve
a top-notch life. We all can fulfill our dreams by changing our thoughts and
refocusing our mind power.
Take
a moment and really listen to some of your thoughts that tend to rerun through
your head. What are those thoughts saying to you? Are they saying only positive
things? Are they saying that you are Absolutely Fabulous? If those thoughts
tend to go to the negative, then maybe it’s time to refocus those thoughts to a
positive mindset.
Are
you ready to live the life you always dreamed of? Do you truly want to achieve
certain goals you thought would never be available to you? What is your heart’s
desire?
You
CAN have all things. You CAN have your dreams fulfilled. You CAN be at your
peak performance. It starts first with you. As an Olympic athlete does, start
the training from the inside. Know that you are a winner and that you will get
the gold. The gold may mean an Olympic medal to some, but it could also mean
love, success, financial security, abundance, peace, serenity, beauty,
happiness and joy.
The
gold is available to all of us no matter who you are; what walk of life you
have taken; no matter the color of your skin; your body type; or if you were or
were not born with a silver spoon in your mouth.
It
is your right to have your dreams fulfilled and once you redirect your
vibrational thoughts to the positive aspects of life; become in alignment with
a conscious awareness of your inner being; be in a state of gratitude and stop
the negative self-talk, the gold will be yours. You will be the star champion in
your own top-notch life. You will be vibrating at peak performance and you will
be a winner!
