You Are Simply Marvelous (and Absolutely Fabulous, of Course)!

Do you know that you are simply marvelous? You are, you know! Of course you are “absolutely fabulous” too! We all may have experienced times when our confidence or self-worth gets shattered. Part of our playing small is because of negative learned beliefs, past experiences, and relationships. We allow those beliefs, past experiences and relationships to take a stronghold deep down into our subconscious brain because we believe them to be true about ourselves. Maybe at times the negative thinking becomes easier to accept because you may feel like there is no more inner spark left to keep on going; you have been knocked down one too many times and enough is enough; or relationships are not sustaining or manifesting in your life the way you would like them to. Once this negative thinking gets ingrained, it becomes a habit of negative self-belief that is completely untrue but your inner subconsciousness thinks it is the truth.

We sometimes measure our life and our own self-worth based on our looks, our jobs, our successes and failures ,our relationships and our possessions. We are always comparing ourselves to others only to keep ingraining a negative mindset about who we really are. We think we are not good enough; not attractive enough; unlovable; not worthy enough and so on. We base our beliefs about our own beautiful self on what others believe about us. We allow others to make us feel belittled.

It takes time and daily affirmations to turn this thinking around. Begin each and every day knowing that you do have something to offer in this world. Your life does matter! Do not allow others to make you feel small; unattractive; unworthy or insufficient. You have to begin loving and accepting yourself for the beautiful priceless person you are. If negativity comes your way in any form, try not to absorb it into your mindset and belief system about yourself and who you are.

Change your all-powerful vibrational thoughts to knowing that YES, YOU are capable, you are beautiful, you are worthy and you are a loving soul placed on this Earth to love and be loved. There are no exceptions – you truly are magnificent, absolutely fabulous and simply marvelous, darling!!
