A Spirit of a Woman

The spirit of a woman – the precious gift that comes from within her soul is given to those she holds dear with unconditional love, faith, joy, serenity, gratitude and compassion.

This lovely spirit of a woman endures much in her life on this planet – from her first broken heart, to baring children, to mourning the perils of the world – and to so much more in between.  Her spirit allows these things to happen in the name of love.

She is a nurturer and a “giver”. She knows what it means to love unconditionally. At times it may not seem a woman knows this, but her spirit knows. At times, she may not allow her love to come forward and shine, but yes, her true spirit is always with her and will soon reveal to her the precious gift to the world she is and how to share it again.

Her spirited gift can spread so far and infinitely just by the light in her eyes, her kind gestures and her radiant smile. This gift of kindness comes naturally to her and she reaches out with open arms to those who are in need of comforting and assistance.

The spirit of a woman is courageous and fearless. She has learned how to move beyond her fears to pursue her hopes and dreams without taking away from her loved one’s hopes and dreams. She allows herself to “be” the woman she knows she can be.

She is our biggest fan and lovingly guides us on learning how to love, a cheerleader for our successes, nourishing us both spiritually and physically, uplifting us and teaching us how to be happy.

The spirit of a woman sacrifices her time selflessly. She is always there to lend a helping hand and encouragement. At the same time, she knows how to take care of herself mentally, spiritually and physically in order to have the ability to stand strong in the midst of a storm.

A woman is humble and knows to count her blessings. She walks in life with an attitude of gratitude and is thankful for the people who are in her life.

A spirit of a woman is fragile. She yearns to have the love that is coming from her heart be returned. When a woman does not feel like she is loved she feels hurt but her spirit will still keep on giving because her love is unconditional.

A woman’s spirit is a forgiving spirit. She forgives those that may have caused pain because her heart only harbors true love and there is no room for judgment, hatred or blame.

This woman is your mother, your spouse, your lover, your sister, your aunt, your grandmother, your co-worker, your friend, your teacher and your neighbor and yes, you – an absolutely fabulous woman. She is EVERY woman.

This spirit is within every woman from the day of birth until her last breath. She will always have this spirit within her – the spirit of love. And as she does take this last breath of air on this Earth, her spirit will live on within the hearts of those lives she has touched.

So next time you feel like you are not a woman with this type of spirit because it may have been broken, truly do know that this spirit is within you because you are a woman. A beautiful being put on this Earth to ultimately make it a better place for the entire planet. This spirit is within you because “it is”. Allow it to “be” again by mending the brokenness with forgiveness.

Honor the women in your life for this unique gift they have to give selflessly – this unique gift of ultimate love from the spirit of a woman that is ultimately given freely to every being that crosses her path. And honor yourself for the beautiful spirit of a woman you truly are.
