The Truth In The Response

I started to hesitate a little in sharing this with all Absolutely Fabulous Women, but the truth always does prevail and what I am writing here is the honest truth of what transpired the other day on my walk in the park…

I was feeling out of sorts during this day for a few reasons and was questioning if I was on the right path to some of the ideas and things that were manifesting in my life. I decided to take a walk to clear my head and just enjoy the beautiful park where I like to walk.

Almost always, nature does offer up a truth in response to a question I ask. As I was walking, I was contemplating those questions and self doubt was prevalent as to whether I was on a right path in my life or if I should turn in another direction. I said, “If I am on the right path, please show me a heart.” I was looking up at the clouds “searching” for a heart for several minutes and I “thought” I saw a heart, but doubt took over and I thought to myself, it could be anything…a heart to me could be something else to another person.

I kept on walking and so I asked, “If I am on the right path, please show me a butterfly.” A few moments later, butterfly after butterfly flew in front of me. I said, “Ok, show me another.” Well, another butterfly flew in front of me. I still wasn’t convinced because here I am walking in a park where the likelihood of butterflies are relevant

I offered up another challenge. I asked, “If I am on the right path, let a hummingbird dance before me.” A few moments later, I viewed a small hummingbird on a tree limb. The hummingbird started flying toward me and began to hover around my head! I stopped and smiled and thanked that hummingbird for the dance. As I continued on, I noticed two or three hummingbirds. I don’t know if it was the same one following me or not.

I have had amazing experiences with hummingbirds and butterflies in the past so I wasn’t too surprised when they appeared before me.

As I continued my walk, I offered a bigger challenge and I asked to see a rainbow. I thought to myself, “Well that is impossible.” There was not a rain cloud in the sky and I live in the desert where there wouldn’t be any reflection of light from a body of water to even make a rainbow. So, I let that thought go.

As I was ending my walk, I decided to walk under a street into a tunnel before leaving the park. Normally I don’t take this route. Before I saw it, I heard a plastic bag skittering on the ground and blowing somewhat in the wind. As I walked closer, I noticed it wasn’t a plastic bag, but a deflated balloon. It was a Valentine’s Day balloon in the shape of a heart! Valentine’s Day was nearly seven weeks ago!

As you can imagine, by now I had the answers to the self doubt I was thinking and was feeling great, happy and excited to carry on with what is transpiring in my life.  But guess what? The story doesn’t end here…

Later on in the evening, I was out running a few errands and as I was headed home, I looked up and saw a rainbow fill the sky! It wasn’t raining. Like I said this is the desert and rain is rare. It was the reflection of the sun through the tinting of my car window, but YES, a brilliant rainbow it was!

So all those doubts are long gone and I am marching forward… The truth has been offered up in response to what I had been asking. 

There could have been many explanations regarding what had transpired on my walk in the park, but I do know this when you are living in vibrational sync with your vibrational thoughts the truth is always offered up in response!
