Time to Blossom!

I recently posted on my Facebook page the following quote: “And the day came when the risk it took to remain tight inside the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.” ~ Anais Nin.

This quote truly did resonate with me and where my life is going these days. With a new AbFabWomen project about to be launched, “Cabana Talk With AbFabWomen”, I have found myself truly stepping out of my comfort zone. And guess what? I couldn’t be happier! I am facing all those old self-imposed learned fears squarely and I am no longer afraid anymore!

There are times when I feel like I don’t know how I will pull it off, but my next thought is – “so what”? I don’t mean this flippantly but fearlessly. You see, when you put your thoughts into action, the necessary resources will be drawn to you.

Do you have any hopes and dreams for your future? Do you have great ideas that could benefit many people, but are afraid to take the risk and “remain tight inside the bud”? I always wrote about this but in the past at times, let my fears take precedence; that is, STEPPING OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE and releasing those old learned, untrue self-imposed fears. Trust in yourself and begin to put your own powerful vibrational thoughts into action!

I believe that fear is the number one thing holding most of us back from realizing our dreams. We are afraid to “blossom” because as women, we were taught to put others first over our own needs and dreams. We are afraid to “blossom” because it could be too risky. We are afraid to “blossom” because we want to be loved and don’t want to ruffle any feathers or step outside of the box.

Blossoming is not being selfish or self-centered. Blossoming is coming into your own as a woman. The woman you were born to be -- a woman fearless and full of grace, radiantly illuminating her internal beauty for the entire world to see.

You are a woman, stepping out of your comfort zone, putting your powerful vibrational thoughts into action and journeying forward from the “tight bud” to “blossom” as you were only meant to do! AND you couldn’t be happier!
